Corrosion inhibitor in oil gas

Corrosion inhibitors are surfactants which give them properties allowing them to partition between the oil and water phase. The hydrophilic group adsorbs onto the metal surface, which leaves the hydrophobic group to form a water-resistant organic film on the surface. This organic film prevents the corrosive species from contacting with the metal surface.

Anti-coking agent The main properties of the dispersant developed specifically for the VCM process coking problem are:
  • Strong dispersion:
Reduce the scale on the process side, effectively disperse the dirt, avoid depositing on the heat transfer surface, and affect the heat transfer efficiency.
  • žAntioxidant:
Containing high temperature antioxidants, it can effectively inhibit the polymerization.
  • Thermal stability:
Applicable to high temperature conditions of the system without decomposition failure.
  • Wettability:
Avoid suspending solids together, keep the metal surface clean, and not easily adsorb suspended matter in the solution.
Anti-foamers / Defoamers

A defoamer or an anti-foaming agent is a chemical additive that reduces and hinders the formation of foam in industrial process liquids. The additive is used to prevent formation of foam or is added to break existing foam.
